I guess the insurance is cheaper because its not usually something a young person would drive, i was in a 1.4 MG ZR and the insurance was horrendous, besides nothing can beat the comfort and refinement of the S40, well possible one without the sport chassis -.-

Ok, this is what I get out of a 2.0t:
Motorway at 65mph with cruise control and a full boot: 42mpg Motorway at 70mph, full boot: 39-40mpg Around town: 26-32mpg
