Looks great. I'm just jealous that it's not possible for me to have it on an S90.

Thanks.

My apologies, no intention to rub it in.

I agree that it doesn't make sense and the S90 would look fantastic in red.

I did have a V90 CC on test a while back in Mussel Blue and I thought that looked really nice.

I must say BMW and Mercedes are the same, greys, Black or white. 🤔

We have a passion red V90 in our showroom at work and it makes a nice change to all the white's, grey, silver and black cars in there

The new Fusion Red would look absolutely fantastic on the S/V90model IMO!

One can blame Volvo UK for thinking that everyone wants diesel (when we dont!) and in a certain spec and interior colours etc but the colour palette available is pretty much the same (if not actually exactly the same) in the UK as it is in Sweden as well as in Germany. Boring!

Not everyone wants a borning shade of Grey, nor Black or White!

Hence, my current car is very Blue indeed

WHAT?....
Don't you watch TV, read Mags, etc, explaining that everyone MUST have black kitchens, white bathrooms suites and boring grey tiles??? Well I'm shocked 😀.

Seriously though, I love and want colour in my life and hate this 'must have' trend. Blacks and greys are so drab and depressing.

Out of interest, as you are currently located in Germany, are they also hell bent on this grey/black fixation?

Thing is, it’s self-fulfilling - they’ll say no-one wants petrol or bright colours while only offering diesel and dull colours... When they look over their figures at year end they’ll say “see, we were right! No-one buys petrol or red!” :|

It's interesting that when I ran Saabs you hardly ever saw a red 9-5 estate. I spent a lot of time in Sweden and there were always loads of red ones there and they looked fantastic.

I think that we have become a nation of predominantly black & grey cars.

Oh yes! The Germans love black and grey! Kitchens kind of has to be highly polished white cabinets with black top (or reverse). They also love brown car interiors. Next to our house, there are a total of 6 black cars and 2 grey ones....

However, there are exceptions.

My last car was also black. So were the previous 4 cars before that! Decided enough is enough and got a blue one
