  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Yes, have just tried and I can't login either. I've seen this happen at weekends before, give it time and it will come back up.

It's a fairly hopeless system all round. Seems to be something the marketing boys dreamt up and got implemented on a shoestring budget. It clearly doesn't integrate well with other Volvo systems, particularly Production Control.

There are numerous reports of cars being delivered to owners while My Volvo shows them still on order or in production or shipping or...

Currently it shows my car as arriving weeks after what the dealer is telling me. It was supposed to go into production on 1 July but My Volvo isn't showing this.

Perhaps stupidly, I'm tending to believe the dealer (for once).

Yeah, but that's implying it works in real-time with other applications.

It seems to have all the hallmarks of a 1980's batch update system.

The reason that I wanted to back into My Volvo was to look at a special offer on a tow bar mounted bike rack. I think that it was reduced by £75?

My local dealer never bothers responding when I try to get the special offers through them. I know it works as they did for the battery offer a few months back but apart from that they've never bothered to get back to me.

The main problem, we know more than the dealers about these special offers.
I had a problem when the rubber mats were on offer and my dealer did not know about it.
I had to contact Volvo Customer Services, who phoned my dealer and within no time, I got the mats at the special price.
Plus a big apology, for not knowing.

If you have a contact within your Parts Department, then I suggest that you copy/paste the offer that you want to them.
