Yes, have just tried and I can't login either. I've seen this happen at weekends before, give it time and it will come back up.

It's a fairly hopeless system all round. Seems to be something the marketing boys dreamt up and got implemented on a shoestring budget. It clearly doesn't integrate well with other Volvo systems, particularly Production Control.
There are numerous reports of cars being delivered to owners while My Volvo shows them still on order or in production or shipping or... Currently it shows my car as arriving weeks after what the dealer is telling me. It was supposed to go into production on 1 July but My Volvo isn't showing this. Perhaps stupidly, I'm tending to believe the dealer (for once). |

The reason that I wanted to back into My Volvo was to look at a special offer on a tow bar mounted bike rack. I think that it was reduced by £75?

My local dealer never bothers responding when I try to get the special offers through them. I know it works as they did for the battery offer a few months back but apart from that they've never bothered to get back to me.
