Default injector flow help

hello i need some more information on the injectors please as im confused as members on here are saying the blue injectors are better than the whites but this site here states they are the same as the blue ones part number 0280155830 347 12.0

This is what i thought it was but say on that site there the same as the whites,but run less ohm's

The reason why people say the blues flow the same as the whites is because.

The whites where fitted to the pre ME7 and the fuel pressure regulator is set to 3bar.

Where as the blues are from the ME7 engines and there fuel pressure regulator is set to 3.5bar.

So taking into account that when fitting the blues into a pre ME7 engine they will flow the same as the whites would.

So your saying then that there no upgrade on the whites on a pre me7 engine?

it states the whites are the same as the blues in every way

thats what it looks like mate so ile just save up and get the green ones from some volvo breakers if they fit into mine that is lol thanks anyhow

also could i put a bigger fuel pressure regulator onto mine with the green injectors out of a s60r/v70r 2003 plate and what is the biggest regulator i could put on there please thanks
