2016 XC90 - Door Handle Advice

Morning all. In a move of pretty impressive stupidity, I managed to get the toggle from my down jacket jammed - and snapped off - behind the drivers side interior door handle. It's still in there. The door handle still operates correctly, but I can feel that 'something's in there' and I'd rather get it out than leave it floating around inside the mechanism.

All the online how to's regarding door handles seem to relate to the older 90s - anyone have an easy (mechanical dunce-level) guide to removing the interior door handle? Thanks in advance.
