General: Value of a 2003 S60 2.0T

Hi all

My wife's managers husband (keep up haha) wants to sell his 2003 S60 2.5T but doesn't know a value for it. I don't know what it is worth as I deal with 3/7/900 series so this is not my forte.

It is a 2003 S60 2.5T in good condition, cambelt done 2017, 150k miles, automatic sport box (I assume that means it has a sports mode), cream leather interior and dark metallic blue paint.

Would anyone have a rough estimate of the value of this one? TIA

generally speaking things are worth whatever someones willing to pay for it, so.. how long is a piece of string

but.., in real terms I usually use Autotrader to see what it is competing against, because that's what other people will be looking at when they're looking to buy one

In my admittedly fairly limited experience (but maybe Volvo isnt such a big issue here) most people seem to look at mileage as one of the biggest factors. which might well be daft because obviously it means lots of repairs are already done, but that's just the market place unfortunately

One caveat to that is if you try and sell it in the right place to someone who knows the real value of the 2.5T engine and really wants one.. then that's a different story. I've assumed you mean selling it on the open market to get rid quick

i paid nearly £4k for mine (non turbo, cloth seats) but that was around 55k and mint bodywork

I would advertise for around 1300
