2013 V40 D3 Lux Day time running light

I have a V40 with a daytime running light out but struggling to find out how to remove it. Its on the lower passenger (LH) part of the front bumper guess 12inch in length. Does anyone know how to remove this as ive looked online and cannot see how it comes off. The LH arch liner is removed i just dont want to tug and break anything. Also is there a fuse for the daytime running lights? The reason for removal is to get it refurbished as it has water in it and is not working.

On my v40 cross country bumper had to be removed to replace DRL

Have you tried taking the storm gaurd from around the wheel arch off I think you can gain access that way, If not you can try removing the engine tray.
