Got my disc yesterday, does it need a validation code?

Does an update really take 2 hours?

Is it "safe" to leave my ignition turned on for 2 hours to do this update?

Should I attach a battery charger?

I never do long journeys so I need to do it when the car is not in use.

"Here we have a sat nav up date disc for volvo with a dvd player i bought this for my volvo s40 but it has a cd player not dvd rti lastest dvd 2011 thanks for looking"

Golly fancy buying 5 of an item only to discover that they don't work

Good job they aren't copies of copyrighted material then 'cos that would be illegal and could get this site into a lot of trouble.** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Same seller has another 10 discs for sale in one form or another -
( also bought for the same Volvo S40 that "didn't work" )

I must say the new design of the printing on the disc looks very different to the usual official Volvo discs .....

..... Not to mention some Feedback comments saying the disc didn't work for the buyer either ......

STEER CLEAR !
