Default Difficult Ignition Key

I have a 59 plate C30 2.0D and recently it is becoming more & more difficult to get the key out of the ignition. It takes a lot of pulling, & I am worried it may not come out soon.
Any ideas
Thanks

You will need to go to the dealer and have a new remote key , there was a faulty batch .

Just been into Mill Volvo Sunderland today, they have ordered me a new key, but said he'd never heard of it before. Yeah right.
Thanks for input/replies.
