Length of cover is 1500 so wrapped it'll be over the accepted length of a parcelforce parcel. Going to be as pricy as the blind> Shame as a few MM shorter and it would have been about £8

Parcel Force £41
EVRI £31 Assuming the Evri price doesn't increase because I'm West Coast Scotland. Parcelforce had my postcode so shouldn't increase. It's the length that's the problem over 1500mm is the cut off. |

I have one of these to post too- I take it you used Evri in the end? Did you book it with them directly or via parcel2go?
Cheers |

Through P2G, was around £31 IIRC, Parcel Force was £10 more.
They're a bit of a pain to parcel up and exceed the 1500mm length which is a governing factor with some. Of course I'm west coast Scotland and classed as "Remote" apparently, thee didn't seem to be an additional charge via P2G, might have been with others. There's a local courier who delivers and collects and takes to a main depot, possibly near Glasgow, where Evri and all the other couriers collect. Evri hadn't told the local guy to pick up yet sent me two emails telling me they were coming on a particular day/time then a third saying they'd failed to collect! Had to contact the local guy to sort out. |
