2001 V40 SE 1.8 For Sale

Due to new working conditions and allowances I am looking to sell my Volvo V40. Only had her a short while but bought from a workmate for £1750 as she needed a new CAT and lambda sensor. These are being replaced with new parts next week.

Here goes with the details:
2001 (51) Volvo V40 SE (Blue/Purple)
1.8 Petrol engine, manual gearbox, MOT March 2010, Tax June 2009.
112k'ish on the clock as in daily use. It has the full cream leather interior with wooden trim. Cruise control, Volvo CD stereo (faulty but have replacement on its way!) A/C, sun roof, rear parcel shelf, boot liner,boot top spoiler, Good tyres all round. HPI clear.

Bad points:
Engine cover missing, headlight wipers missing. I'm trying to source these from a scrappers but if not will knock £50 off sale price.

Looking for £2000 ono.

Had new CAT and lambda sensor this week. However the car will not rev up under pressure?

Decided the car must go to a new home as cannot afford to spend anymore on it and not being a mechanic labour costs are killing me. The car will drive but lacks power.

£1500 ono now as quick sale needed!

just a note mate,,,

Maf will give problems when under load,,

you could try unplugging it to see if it goes ok, just bear in mind tickover will be a bit off whilst unplugged, and could throw a fault on the dash, so you may have to disconnect battery for a couple of minutes to clear it

worth 10 minutes of your time

i picked a 2nd hand one up for my T5 for £25 off fleabay, returned my 250 horses
