Yes, it looks like the steering wheel fits a 2004 XC90 (see below link). The bigger question is whether you have a three point steering wheel currently or not (if not, additional parts are required). Do you have RTI? My steering wheel has the holes to fit the RTI buttons. LMK if you have further questions and feel free to send me a PM if you'd prefer to discuss details.

If the ring of the steering wheel has three points of contact with the middle part as in the picture below then you have a 3 point steering wheel and it should fit just fine.
