Hello, we have a Volvo V60 MY2017. We have VolvoOnCall and it is working!!
The car has a "personal" SIM card for data. When I press the globe (internet) I get a browser where I can type an adress, but after search it returns with a white screen, what is wrong?? (There is no Sensus active) |

I have a three sim card in mine, I had to set enter the APN details manually in
Do other internet functions work, i.e. searching for address via the internet with the satnav? I imagine you've already set the data connection to the car sim in the settings? |

I had an issue with mine that required the ICM/IHU software to be reloaded, updated first and seem to carry over the fault with the newer software, reload cured it, I had intermittent network connectivity, car would register to a network, have an IP but half the time wouldn't receive data. Unfortunately this wasn't covered by warranty and I had to pay for the software. All other radio functions worked, volvo on call worked, nav worked.
One other thing, first connection online takes a while, if possible connect to your home WiFi to confirm Internet is working first. Paying for software that may or may not fix it gets expensive quickly! |
