Default Aircon pump required

Hi all
Well Aircon pump seized tonight anyone got a
S40 1.6 2001 Aircon pump available....
Not wanting to scrap her too much fun as a run about and only 55000 on clock got thousands left in her lol.

If you check the numbers I have one from a V70 P80, be surprised if they are different!

However to get back on the road you could fit a belt for a non air con model leaving the compressor out of the loop.

If the pulley is seized with air con turned off, then it's most likely to be the pulley bearing seized & not the pump/ compressor internals that have seized.
If that's the case ? then you should be able to get a bearing from a bearing stockist/ specialist, when you have removed it to get the dimensions, or bearing part number.

You will probably need a variety of pullers to do the job though ?
You will also need to pay particular attention to the shims to give the correct clearance for the clutch assembly !

Exclamation Aircon pump sorted

Thanks very much for the offer and the assistance managed to get a second hand one for £30 got local garage degassing removing old then going to replace and regas .
Hopefully that will sort it out thanks again hadn't even thought of non Aircon belt may buy one just to carry incase it reoccurs in future quick fix to get home lol
Just glad it will get back on road as becoming attached to it however sad that reads lol.
