240 General: Bushings rear

Have just had the rear bushings replaced, plus the panhard rod with iPD's heavier duty one. Had replaced the torque rods a year or two ago also with iPDs upgraded version. Used the polyurethane ones. Has made a big difference to the ride quality than the flogged out old ones, quieter, less rattles, smoother ride down the road, better road holding. Ran out of time to do this myself and glad I didn't try, mechanic said the large trailing arm bushes were a bitch to get out, took him a day to do the whole thing with a second mechanic to help where needed and the right tools plus a lift, saw the old bushes which were mangled by the time he got them out. Mechanic also said the bushes from iPD were well made with a good fit.
