I've got a Rica mapped 850R auto running Michelin Pilot sports and yes I can spin them up!

Salut!

The early autos were bad for spinning the front wheels wet and dry. Mine does it when I boot it from standstill. I could be wrong but the later models were mapped differently at the factory to reduce wheel spin setting off.

Is kick-down working? The switch is built into the throttle cable, see if you can adjust the cable to take up any slack where it meets the throttle body pulley. And is the boost coming in too high up the rev range.

The other thing that caught me out was the floor mats riding up under the pedal so you could never get full travel from the pedal. Car flew once I’d solved that stupid issue, duh,

Good luck
Matt

Does not state what brand of map it is, at a guess i dont think it is mapped, or the gauge should pull to the end of the white?

My S70 will just about spin up in the dry on decent budget tyres.

Could be down to my map though which is very much toned down in the lower revs and only really boosts higher up in an effort to preserve my 'box and rods lol

Maybe you have a boost leak or other issue... I know Rica map boosts right to the end of the white
