srs urgent service

Hi all,
I have a srs urgent service message up. What does the srs service consist of ? is there a life limit on the airbags etc ? the car is a 53 xc90. Anyone else had this message up . cheers phil

You will need to get the code read have you cleaned the car recently and caught the cable under the seat.

There a few people a round that can read the SRS codes or go to Volvo

I guess you mean the passenger seat as I think the drivers has the radio amp under it? interestingly my daughter sits behind the passenger seat and kicks all her "stuff" under it. what would I be looking for? a dislodged plug or wire? I will look in the daylight . thanks for the reply. phil
