Depends what you want really, you could always spray the R on there. I went for the RX7 FC conversion kit from DVS performance and braided lines for the RX7 calipers from Yoshifab.

picked up a bargain today got a custom built inlet manifold built on a flow bench with injector rail with a 50mm throttle body on it all in alley. its all been properly done with the trumpets inside all at set lengths to make sure each cylinder gets same air flow .just need to get it converted over to a volvo manifold which a friend of mine is doin as its of a vauxhall c20let that was running 545bhp so its plenty good enough for mine

I hope that inlet pipe has a guard over it or you may well get sucked into it.
Looking good. You appear to have some very good friends by the way.
Regards Brian.

my main intention is to make a top notch sleeper i love they way they look and sound so a 240 was a no brainer for me . main plans really are to convert it manuel witch i have all the bits bar (m90 box) put the turbo lump in with a t3 cossie turbo running a maram shaft . big but hidden front mount intercooler a hefty fuel pump . all run of a emerald ecu so i can run anti-lag. stick a lsd in it do some drift and track days whilst still using it as my daily driver. it seems everybody underestimates volvos and ive just finally had enough of people not taking the **** but just not under standing why i have it so just want to make them think twice before the judge volvos . And whipe the smiles of their faces when they are in there hothatches with my nice 350-400 bhp .

Sounds good Ted!

Heres a couple of pics of my FMIC. Its a universal one from Autosiliconehoses and was £100 delivered.

It mounts nicely behind the lower front air dam and if you cut the holes out in the dam like I did then you get 4 big holes to get air to. It definitely works as I got the measurements for this intercooler from a lad on Turbobricks who runs a Volvo T5 and massive holset on this intercooler so its more than up to the job.
