Additional CD Multiplayer

I have a 2002 V70 with the 803 headunit. Although this has a 4 cd changer built in is my car wired for an additional unit that can be fitted in the boot and selected through the "source" dial? Ideally it would be 10 disc and go under the boot at the side of the spare wheel so as not to intrude on my bootspace.

I have the 403 unit. Volvo quoted me £600 to fit a 10 CD player to my 2002 V70.
