new car, starting prob

hi all, ive had this car a fiew weeks now and only recently noticed the problem, now it seems to be when the fuel is under a quater of a tank and the nose of the car is facing a decline it will not start however if facing up hill it will always start right up until light comes on, now normaly i would just keep over quater of a tank at all times but with my car running lpg its alot of excess weight to carry with a tank of gas too, any ideas what could be causing it?

I'd ask this question in the S80 general forum, mate...doubt it's an ETM isue.?
