Congrats on the pass.Oddly when my 960[a 1995 car]passed its test earlier this month it was commented that the O/S/F tyre had slight inner edge wear!

That's a post from a thread on a 1993 B200FT that failed the normal post-92 emissions test (0.3%CO, 1200ppm HC) but turned out to be exempt from the normal emissions test and had limits of 3.5%CO and 1200ppmHC - seems yours scraped into this category as well.

I really don't know when its order date was. Any way of finding out online or VIN? It may of sat unsold a while. I know last year the tester entered the vin number into the computer, may of done this time as using it.

In that case, i wouldn't worry - it's obviously in the higher limits category so no need to worry!

A familiar story with the 700/900 and testament to this particular Volvo. MOT testers see all sorts come through their bays so they appreciate something that is well engineered and built to last longer than the rest....
