Congrats on the pass.Oddly when my 960[a 1995 car]passed its test earlier this month it was commented that the O/S/F tyre had slight inner edge wear!

That puts it into a grey area - was it ordered as a 96MY or a late 95MY registration?
This could be interesting for you though : https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showp...4&postcount=42 That's a post from a thread on a 1993 B200FT that failed the normal post-92 emissions test (0.3%CO, 1200ppm HC) but turned out to be exempt from the normal emissions test and had limits of 3.5%CO and 1200ppmHC - seems yours scraped into this category as well.
