Confused
I am starting to get a bit up tight with this so before the hammer comes out can anyone please help me neither of these seem to work, I have put them in the other switch locations and they eliminate and operate the mirror folding and beam movement, 🧐🥃👍🏻

naaaaa. the switches can go in any hole and they operate correctly. its not uncommon to see them in different positions. something else will be amiss

daft question
Ok, daft question, but have you tried them with the key in different positions?
I just checked mine and the P button is green with ignition on position 2, and can be toggled on and off. It is inoperative with the key out. The interior detection button is inoperative until the key is removed then can be toggled on and off during the next minute or so before the vehicle shuts down.

The park assist switch LED will not illuminate if the system is not working. You need to read the DTCs but it is probably a sensor fault or wiring loom issue.

I dunno if it's because I have GPS or because of parking sensors but on my battery positive I have a spur off it that powers everything from the factory - perhaps check this isnt disconnected from the battery positive. (square black box to the left of the battery)
