Default Soggy footwell - help me please!

Hi,
Got the "they all do that Sir" wet passenger footwell. I've had a quick search on here, and it looks like the general consenus is that it's probably coming from the scuttle under the bonnet/ windscreen wipers, with a blocked drain pipe.
Can someone tell me where they exit the car? Do I need to remove the wheelarch liner to see?
She's a 2005 D5, no sunroof by the way.
Thanks

The scuttle drains are immediately in front of the bulkhead. Best way to clear them is with a blast of compressed air from the top.

Default bulkhead drains

no they are visible without removing wheelarch lining.
one drain each side -big plastic tubes-if you want to clean debris around top of them-you will need to remove windscreen wipers and plastic surround.
good luck
