Default Top Engine Mount play: how much is OK?

My MY2009 7.5 year old XC90 has some play in the top engine mount

The strut also can wiggle, but it feels like normal play on rubber bushes

However the top ending mount has around 5mm of play, easily moveable with my hand without any effort, where the engine mount bolt sits inside the rectangular shape rubber bush inside the aluminum bracket on the engine.

I also have a bit of steering wheel vibration at idle.

Any thoughts?
Ease of replacement?
I do not have axle stands or a jack (yet) as I have just gone from a lease car to my own vehicle.
Can the top mount be replaced without a trolley jack to prop the engine?

5mm play sounds acceptable but if you want to change it, no jack or support is required as it's not a load bearing mount.
Maybe 15mins work.

Thanks!
Armed with more youtube and google research I just checked it again

The strut bar can be rotated a bit (10 to 15 degrees?) but does not move fore and aft nor sideways.

The play in the top mount is related to rotational twisting of the top bar, which is translating to a vertical <5mm play in the rubber bush, not fore and aft play.
There's a bit of sideways play but the rubber bush looks in OK condition (inspection without having dismantled anything)

Is the rotational twisting play normal?

The cars done 105000kms and is 7.5 years old, which is about 14000kms a year, or 8700 miles a year. Always been garaged, always been serviced.
