BilboBagginss Member Last Online: Apr 19th, 2024 10:28 Join Date: Dec 2001 Location: My World	EGR Valve - Cleaning - D5 Is it worth stripping and cleaning the EGR Valve? - 2010 D5 with 100k on the clock. There seems to be lots of posts on here with information for the 163HP engine, but I can't seem to find a comprehensive one for the 185HP lump. Sitting on the fence as too preventative cleaning may stop future issues OR if it ain't broke then don't fix it. Car is newish to me and I will be putting a lot more regular motorway miles on it as compared to previous owners. Comments / views please....and any definitive guides to doing it much appreciated.
