I did think that. Maybe with a compressor wheel upgrade? Otherwise I doubt a 14t could do that. They are 200bhp @ 15psi from factory. Extra 5 psi doesn't equate to 100bhp?

Hi 960.

Interested to see where you found this info mate. I'm assuming by saying stock EMS it means it's a mapped stock EMS to get 380? I know Ashok is at 420bhp but his is mapped by MTE. My EMS won't even be mapped yet as funds are low. It has adjusted so quickly to the new much bigger VXRs though, I was very surprised. If I can get it safely running good power without an expensive map I'll be over the moon!!

I was surprised when I fitted the Bosch Greens (440cc) and it fired up, idled and ran stright off. And that was with 19T fitted at same time. Does seem to be a fair degree of intelligence in it as standard!!

Boys seriously I've got so many videos of racing and beating so many cars so it had to be very close to 300 or more, my mate has a seat k1 320hp at wheels I smashed that my other mate has a 350hp Subaru rb5 smashed that, plenty of s14, and s15 and a rs4 and porshe boxer s and carrera s, too many car to explain so what's th deal with that then, and that tdo4 i have mates with evo 6 that's running 25psi over 300hp so explain that then.......

Hi Mitch,
Seeing as where talking BHP figures for turbo`s ,i found this as well:

30 Forty 50 site
"man 14T can easily handle up to 250 HPs with exhaust done and remap, some members in here even state that a 14T with all the previous can handle up to 260-270HPs, about the PSI and fuel ratios volvos have a very smart ECU and they can compensate the ratio until like 17 on the 12T and 15 on 14T on the safe side Carlos ran 17 with 19 PSI spikes his 12T for like 2 years without any problem of running lean and if you got red injectors you can even handle a 16T that will give you a max of 300 then the 12T/16G hybrid can give you up to 320 HPs but that way you could be playing with fire with stock internals... "

And another bit Mitch when I bought my t4 my standard boost was 8 psi not 15 didn't think t4s run a bar standard, I put an extra 12-15psi through to get this figures with bad spikes and running extremely rich.

Hi Grant,
Nice to hear you! I would like to know where i found it for sure as well. Everything i find of interest goes in a Word document, all sentences even whole engine specs, all i can say is judging by the type of print it was when copy/paste etc. it points to Tcodes first engine on the 30 Forty 50 site as it`s now called but yesterday i spent an hour trying to find it but i couldn`t. Since they have changed the site it is difficult to find old material, i am going back to 2009. It`s not Pyaap but maybe Wa666ou, Tcode, Wa666ou & torpis were in 09, tuning more as they were learning so this is most likely the places to look ,i do remember there threads were really pages long and very interesting. If i do come across it i will let you know for sure.

The ECU is supposed to be very clever at adjusting with about 30% in reserve.
