To be honest I wouldn't worry too much about the services being done in different places, so long as they were done to the right standard - which they probably were if half-decent garages. You could always check the various garages' online reviews or even call them up. At 50K there's not too much to go wrong or get wrong at services (right oil, not overfilling etc) so not as big a factor as a higher-mileage car which needs new suspension components, timing belt, component repairs etc.
Have you tried the SE-Lux you were looking at - what do you think? Be interested to hear your thoughts in relation to the R-Design you looked at.
