Default MOT Emissions readings advice please

Hi, yesterday I had my 2007 D5 185 XC90 MOT'd and with 123k on the clock it returned these Emission readings.

They look healthy enough to me but are they in actual fact about par for one of these engines.

The MOT is only a smoke test not Emissions as in petrol cars,
So no problem unless the smoke level is bad
