Auto Tailgate close function group buy.

Hi folks, this afternoon I have fitted my module (with sound) on my V70, my2010. Evgeny sent the order from Russia and it arrived very smoothly. The installation was easy, broke two pins, but replacement wasn’t necessary, it still fitted.
After several times testing I thought it was working properly. However after reinstallation, the door doesn’t seem to work right. Maybe I pushed the wrong button on the remote or the process isn’t properly finished and the pushing the button and the remote don’t result in closing the tailgate anymore. Somehow I think the module has to be reset. After disconnecting and waiting is seems to reset itself. But I’m not sure what to do when this happens. Does somebody know how to handle in this situation? How to reset the module (disconnecting the button and the module and how to reinstall it again and in what order).

Problem seems solved, Evgeny has sent me the instruction (also on dropbox). When you follow these instructions the module operates correctly. Maybe i was pushing to many buttons at once.

Are these instruction anything new? Would they solve the problem on my 2012 XC70 where the fob and dash close works just fine but the opening only travels halfway up, although a second press of the fob/dash button will complete the opening cycle. Currently I've disconnected the module and am awaiting fine weather to check the wiring connections which may be suspect. Since it involve removing the tailgate interior trim, complete with plastic fixing clip struggles and the weather is cold and wet, although neither of Russian or Canadian proportions, I'm waiting for some seasonal climate change as I have no inside working area.

I bought my unit in the original group buy and it's been working fine for ages.

This week it's stopped. It triggers the locking click that would normally precede the closing of the tailgate but nothing further happens.

It closes as normal with the button on the tailgate.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar and know of a fix?

I've got the upgraded module with warning tone. I have a small issue. If I first open hatch and THEN press the unlock button the hatch closes. Does this happen with anyone else. Put differently, the unlock button also acts as the hatch close button.
