Replacement Tyres
Have Pirelli P6000 on 17in rims at moment which are coming up for changing
Any suggestions/recommendations for a tyre that has good grip /low noise andgood mileage |

Depends on what you want really. I drive slow but quick. I've had very good wear and grip from Continental Premium Contact of various incarnations. 31k from a set of fronts was the best. Bridgestone and Semperit are good. Uniroyal Rain-xxxxx grip like glue in the wet.
Never liked the P6000 and can't quite put my finger on it, a bit vague. I do know that of all the 205/55/16s fitted they were the only ones not to rub the arch at full lock and the only ones to develop mysterious sidewall balloons. Thankfully they didn't last long. |

Michelin cross climate are superb, great all year round and do decent mileage into the bargain as well.

avon zv7 theres my thread somewhere when i was deciding/researching myself, with explanation why i now use both (uniroyals front, avons rear) both great tyres, and not expensive
