NORTHERN BKV

Hi

I was hoping to pop down to the Northern BKV this weekend. Anyone any idea what the agenda is and what kind of things they have on? Not been to one before. Will it be similar to the event at Gaydon last year, but slightly smaller scale? Ideally looking for Stuff/parts for sale etc.

The event is mainly for people showing their cars (on sunday) & a general social meet - basically a small version of the National .

I know Steve from Volvo Valley will be coming with some bits to sell, but there isn't usually much at all in the way of auto jumble. If you ring Steve on 01773 748324 he may have what you are looking for & he can then bring it with him.

The venue is an excellent, well kept field & you can easily go into Malton from there for a look round. There are plenty of pubs etc there too !

Myself and three/four others make the trip down from Scotland every year to Malton for a quiet weekend camping, lovely place, lovely people, usually good weather, good food, good pubs, very good social weekend and almost forgot a very good day on the Sunday with some excellent cars on show, as John says not a lot of autojumble, but it can be surprising what people bring along to sell!
Well worth the journey, hope to see you there.
