Wanted Tow bar for 740

Hi. I am looking for tow bar for my 740 saloon so that I can tow the Father Christmas float in December.

Dose anyone have one for sale or can direct me to a supplier. I live in the Merseyside area.

A good bloke to speak to would be 'minty' on this forum, Gordon. He breaks Volvos and may well be able to help you. The one that was on my 745 will almost certainly be long gone by now, but he may well have others in stock.

All 7/9xx towbars should fit, the electrics might be a bit tricky as you need to run from in front of the Bulb Faliure Unit.

I have one on a 745 that could be had for a modest price but, the snag is you would have to take it off and, unfortunately I am nowhere near Liverpool. Bob
