Difference following a replacement front bearing
6 year old XC90, 96k miles.
Front nearside became noisy towards the end of a 50 mile routine drive, arranged for a replacement bearing, £276 all in, and took <2 hours. The difference is notable and I didn't realise I had also picked up a steering wheel vibration, in hindsight a slight vibration had crept up long before the noise became obvious. Wanted to share in case anyone had similar. Now to visit the tyre thread, hoho |

I ran with a noisy NSF wheel bearing for about 2000 miles,
I was convinced it was tyre noise as i couldn't feel anything in bearing until i actually had it in my hand
