Default Does this suspension look right to you?

Just servicing my 2003 S80 and either side front suspension looks like this!

Anyone know the name of that suspension complement that looks sheered off?

That's your steering limiter, and it's quite normal for it to look like that.

They do say to add a touch of grease to that contact point.

no, just swap them over, as only half gets used on each side

The bit of metal to the right of the top bolt doesn't look right to me! What is that anyone???

Just looks like part of the steering limiter to me.

As said above swap the left and right hand sides over so you are using the non warn part.
Also regularly put some thick grease on them . Makes it quieter and last longer.
