Thumbs up Yatour DMC or M-Bus-Aux for SC-XXX Radios for an Aux Port

Hi there, I realise this issue has been raised a few times about wanting to install an Aux port on the SC-XXX Double Din Head Units. Mine is a MK1 1999 V70 and I am on the verge of purchasing a Yatour Digital Music Changer and installing it into the back using the CD Changer Port.

This isn't a problem, and I will probably end up doing it in the next few weeks. However, I just wanted to ask if anyone knows or has any information on using the M-Bus Port as the Aux Cable? ie. Buying an M-Bus-Aux cable and simply plugging it in and then playing tracks from my iPhone straight through the CD Changer port?

This is the item in question:-

eBay Item Number: 261077177981
or
eBay Item Number: 361245302848

The only problem I have with it is that it says "FOR ALPINE M-BUS PORTS ONLY"

So does that mean that it wont simply plug into the back of my V70 Factory Radio and play or is there some specific compatibility with Alpine Head Units?
Im quite confused as I assumed the ports would be standard?

Just a quick question to try and save me some money and simplicity.

Thanks, Lee
