V70 T5 SE... possibly for sale...

Just testing the water at the moment but seriously considering parting with the beloved T5 to go down the oil burner route such as a D5

I'm not really sure what it is worth, so have a look a feel free to show some kind & sensible figures... or even offers f you are interested!

Recent front disks and pads - genuine parts (only ever use genuine parts)

The not so good bits
Front bumper could do with a respray, lacquerer is pealing a bit and there is a scuff on the LH corner where some wally cut me up on a round about also denting the wing slightly. I do have a spare wing and an R bumper that I was intending to repair (bumper has a hole!) and put on.
Rear left tire has a slow puncture so could do with being replaced - may do this anyway in the mean time
Drivers heated seat is defunct after shorting and burning a small hole (see pic)

I've attached some pics from a week or so ago after I had given it a clean and polish.

forgot to say there is tax till end of June 2011 and 6 months MOT remaining. 120K / 12yr service done a month ago.

If the car doesn't sell through here I'll sell the c70 grill and strut brace separately so shout if you'd be interested when the time comes.

Ive been quoted about £200 to spray the front bumper and wing, could be done cheaper if you know a friend with the kit. I'll probably replace the tire when I get time with a Uniroyal rain sport (£80). Would like to get as near to £1500 as possible given its in good condition mechanically (apart from the cosmetic bits described), has every receipt from new and the additional bits it has that normally get lost over the years.

No mad rush to sell though, not found a replacement yet.

just to add to the bad bits, the steering contact reel needs changing as it throws the odd srs code.
