Spider tuning box.

For 850/V70/S70 2.5 tdi AEL engined cars.

this one has 8 pins for hooking into the VP pump loom. Takes 5 minutes to fit.

New they were £180, now replaced by another model.

Not sure what the original claims were but I can tell you this much

- Power increase of realistically 15hp/20lb.ft
- Idle's the same as standard
- Feels like a standard car unless you put your foot down
- Below 2000rpm (with EGR delete etc) feels a bit more responsive
- Above 2500rpm you really notice it*


*recently de-catted, and can chirp the tyres on bone dry warm road 1st/2nd of its own accord (normally the cast iron lump stops this from happening)

The bad...
- Has a mark in the case where something rubbed into it. However the case is approx 3mm thick plastic, and its potted out, so still 100% weather and dirt proof.
- Selling as making way for a RonBox
