Default MOT pass :D

Bless it, only one advisory for a slightly blowing exhaust, I think it sounds quite good

Well done Chris! real nice when you get a clean bill of health.
I got a verbal advisory on a slightly discoloured front number plate had the same on both my cars and they do need new ones BUT! if thats all he can find then I'm a happy chap.
I now have to get the 940 Limo sorted in about four weeks but not looking forward to it as it's dark and cold in the evenings.Hopefully it wont need much. Then I have to see if it will actually fit in the mot bay as the one I use you have to drive down the side of the garage with a wall on the other side and turn into the mot bat.Might have to breath in Lol.

Regards Brian.

I left mine at the garage while I was on holiday last week, came back to an MOT and a bill for a pair of wiper blades at £7.20 each. They even remarked that it was pretty good for a 15 year old car on 203k miles.

I hadn't seen one of these threads in a while so I thought it'd be a good morale boost in amongst all the problems lol.

Have fun getting the limo on a set of ramps

I am usually surprised, for the most part, when one of these cars fails (bar known issues popping up at MOT time).

I'd be more worried if this was about 3-5 year old cars. That would be worrying!!

Default Me too today :)

Well, the 940 TD passed today, only one advisory on a weak handbrake.

That'll do for me, only paid a few hundred quid for it a month ago

Altenator's definately on it's way out though :S

Gonna change that, give it some new belts and a GOOD service (It did used to be a taxi!) and crank up the boost and fuel!!

960's going in soon, won't be quite as straight forward though me thinks!

Mine went through a few days ago, no preparation; straight through without any advisories. It's at 220K miles.
