But I regret that I cant afford to make the 12-18 hour drive plus 18 hours on the boat and do it all over again a few hours later

Mind you, I would love the opportunity to do a long haul again in the beast! Trying to beat my 700 miles to 1 tank record...!

I reside in gosport for my sins and would be nice to meet fellow diesel drivers as im new to diesels and volvos (ex vauxhall) could use some advice/tips/hints and seeing as i get more than 9mpg now dont mind travelling
