Changing seats on an XC90

Hi, I have been looking for an XC90 for some time and have found a really nice looking late 2008 XC90 Active locally at a very fair price.

My query is , is it possible to fit a full set of Leather seats from a pre facelift XC90 or are the fittings totally different for the later car.

I really did want leather but this one may be too good to overlook so a compromise may make sense particularly if leather can be retro fitted.

Am not sure of the definitive answer but I think your greater problem might be the electrics rather than the mechanical fixing. Remember seat adjustment is an MOT test item now. You would also need to ascertain if the airbag system was compatible.
