i'm sure someone who has uprated their injectors will help as well (i haven't)but just so you know, increasing the size of your injectors would actually make your car worse. the car has to be mapped for the injectors it's running.
again, all this would be pointless on the original turbo as well as the injectors aren't the weak point afaik. sorry if what i've stated is obvious and you knew this already

All from Volvo
Orange - 310cc - 850 T5 Whites - 350cc - x70 T5 p1 Blues - 395cc - x70 T5 p1 me7 Greens - 450cc - V70R p1 + S60R/V70R p2 Then there are RC injectors, from 500cc, 750cc to 1000cc. Injectors wont make more power, they will make your car run rich, which will make your car slower. As irf said above, you have to map for them.

With good mapping you can achieve 275bhp or thereabouts with the standard injectors in an early 850 T5 with exhausts and some other hardware.
The P1 S/V/C70's can see 315 or so without changing injectors, mainly because fuel pressure can also be controlled by the ECU. That is not the case with subsequent P2 models (except the most recent R) as their fuel pressure was fixed. I am not sure about the run out P1's arround '99 which had ME9 ECU's Regards, Don.
