Post Help with finding fuse relating to horn

Hi,
I have a V70 estate 54 plate which the horn stopped working so I thought I would check the fuse first . I looked in the manual relating to fuse and it says that it is in the fuse box under the bonnet. I took the cover off and no mention of this on the diagram. I have tried googling it and it says the same. Can you please tell me is it in the fusebox which is located under drivers side?
I have taken the cover off but unfortunately there is no printed diagram on the cover.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

Fuse number 9 is for the horn and should be 15 amps
