Sounds like sporadic problems. Here's some clues:

CCM-0004 Passenger compartment temperature sensor Signal too high/Signal missing DTC is found active.
Likely the thermistor is broken inside the climate control unit. Has no relevance to engine performance.

CCM-0040 Air quality sensor Internal fault DTC is found active.
Very common, the AQC has reached end of life. Replace it. Has no relevance to engine performance.

DDM-E010 Control module Internal fault DTC is found active.
Happens sometimes with power surges, or with broken wire in flexible part of door loom. Has no relevance to engine performance.

ECM-135F Mass air flow (MAF) sensor - Signal too high DTC is found active.
Check the MAF connector and the connectors to the ECM. Clean with contact cleaner. Check loom for any signs of damage.

ECM-18A0 Swirl actuator control - Offset fault DTC is found active.
Check the swirl flaps can move and the actuator is connected.

ECM-3000 Camshaft position (CMP) sensor - Faulty signal DTC is found not active.
Check the connectors to the ECM. Clean with contact cleaner. Check loom for any signs of damage.

ECM-6661 Glow relay control - Faulty signal DTC is found not active.
ECM-6664 Glow relay control - Faulty signal DTC is found not active.
ECM-6665 Glow relay control - Faulty signal DTC is found not active.
Check the connectors to the ECM. Check connectors to the glow plugs. Measure glow plugs. Clean with contact cleaner. Check loom for any signs of damage.

REM-8F12 Position sensor xenon lamp Not calibrated DTC is found active.
Check position sensor on rear wheel chassis. Check it can move OK. Check values in VIDA. Has no relevance to engine performance.

TCM-0A31 Control module communication Signal missing from Engine Control Module (ECM)DTC is found active
Check the connectors to the TCM and ECM. Clean with contact cleaner. Check loom for any signs of damage.
