Volvo V70 XC cross country. New addition.

Just bought this little gem. It's an early cross country in what appears to be excellent original condition. Another car to add to the collection. I have changed the door panels with ones from a V70r, as they had the usual peeling of the vinyl on all doors

Unfortunately I am going to have to thin them out, just can't help it when good original cars come up for sale at the right prices!!

Nice one!
I always liked the looks of the early XCs, a bit more purposeful than the standard V but not over done like the modern Xc70 has become

Agreed.. that looks like a very tidy car indeed. A gem!

What happens though if another good original car comes up for sale at the right price!!. ha ha..

There is still room at the back of my house, but having a 1996 850 diesel as my main car. A 1998 V70 diesel as my wife's car. A 1996 850 Diesel in the garage. A 2000 cross country in the garage. A 1997 V70 diesel outside the back of my house. (the first to be chopped) and now this 1997 cross country outside the back, it is going to have to be something special to add to.
