Engine: 70: - Simple (stupid) serving question

Servicing, not serving of course

Just bought a 2012 2.0 163 D3 V70 for the Mrs, replacing her '97 945 which had just got too old with too many minor issues.

Is the V70 belt or chain timing?

What is official recommendation for belt/chain change?

What is "real-life" recommendation for belt/chain change?

Looking at service details I can't see that it's ever been done.

Currently 70k miles. I get nervous . . .
