Does anyone have any information on the strength of the internal on the B444s.

Many thanks

I know how much BHP and NM the engine produces out the box, I want to know what the internals can take.

I was hinting at calling it the right thing to get some responses.

Mind you, with that attitude, you'll do well...

Good Luck

Not really sure it’s an attitude more sarcasm to someone taking the pi$$ because I missed the 8 on the engine number.

Well the Noble uses this engine in its sports car with 650 hp

There are power boats with 4 X outboard units using this engine at 650 hp each ! 4.4 litres does not have to work too hard to produce good power ...

Didn’t know if the M600 had forged the internals to get up to them figures. Was hoping there was some information somewhere that would say which part would carry what, contemplating one for a kit car or the B5244T5.

I’m after getting just above 400 BHP, would have thought cams, removing air restrictions and a remap would do that.

I’ll be running a mega squirt 3 on the kit car for the ECU.

this is 4400cc remember and very mildly tuned , so easy to get much more power , perhaps a camshaft change is all that's needed .
Have you located a V8 i would Imagine them very scarce indeed .
The T5 will do all you want with ease as standard !

We don't know all the details of your intended application but if you're planning to stick with the original TF-80SC gearbox, you might want to consider that it's already at it's torque limit at 314BHP.

I may be talking out of my hat but I suspect that much beyond that, you're asking for a T6 scenario. I guess it depends on how long you expect it to last.
