I'm expecting my VIDA2013A and cable to be delivered by this Friday. Fingers crossed the installation goes ok and we'll see what happens after that!

Good point A Lex - I have a Mac so converted it to Parallels.
Have used the Subaru one in a similar fashion once before too and that was actually doing some ECU flashing so needed to be a lot more stable - should be fine for VIDA |

Jaipal, I have an old Sony Viao laptop in my garage that has XP on it(I think). Yours for £20 if its any use to you for VIDA ? As your a bit of a computer buff should be no problem for you to set it up for use specifically for your car, could always sell it on afterwards.

Just checked and seems to be Win 98 and 64MB RAM so possibly not quite there to runXP or VIDA
Will give you a shout tomorrow/Saturday for that loan of VIDA if poss. Cheers |
