Default Seat belt bolts

Can anyone tell me what thread size are the inserts in the floor for the seat belt mounts, I’m talking about the ones under the back seat either side of the prop tunnel
They seem to be 3/8 but I’m not sure if UNC or UNF, UNC goes in up to a point but I’m not sure if it’s binding on rust or if it’s a UNF and I don’t want to force it

Cheers Steve

In my Amazon, the seat belt bolts for the B-pillar and below the rear seat are 3/8" UNC. However, this might be different in your car as I've found almost everything to be different on an early model.

historically up to today seat belt bolts have always been 7/16 unf since the 1960's in UK with a dab of locktite. I guess those were the only bolts approved way back.

Thanks I can confirm B pillar is 3/8 UNC so will run a tap through the floor inserts

I know the fronts are 7/16 UNF but for whatever reason Volvo used 3/8 UNC in the rear

probably a DIY addition in the rear, ? there is a huge difference in strength between 7/16" and 3/8" bolts....
