Torslanda
Has anyone noticed the Torslanda on ebay?
Did they really only make 500, they seemed pretty common "back in the day". The no frills approach is still valid, who wouldn't like a car stuffed full of junk that goes wrong? less is more. Either way, it looks right in red, some lucky soul will get in there for the price of something FWD, horrid and bland. Not mine, and no connection with the seller. |

I like how the Torslanda selling point of "nothing electrical to go wrong" is quickly followed by mention of the alarm and remote locking added.

I had a 240 Torslanda, a '92 K-reg, when it was around 4 years old. It was indeed a very nice car but it terms of the lack of electricalities, from memory just about the only 'non-electric' features it had were manual windows and unheated manual door mirrors.
Everything else was pretty much the same as the SE that I swapped it for. Jack |
