Dashcam installed Today - Page 7

Here's a couple of pics of my Novatek A118/B40, it's actually much less noticeable than it looks in the pics, with no visible wires whatsoever. Rather small screen but I'm not really interested in this, it's the picture reproduction I think is important, and this is fine. About £45 online.

I note in the google search hits it's described as a stealthy cam, lol

About as stealthy as the car it's fitted to I suppose

I've just had a Thinkware F750 front and rear camera fitted, £350 all in, mine is located on the pax side of the intellisafe housing and it works fine.

Like the look of that setup, where did you buy from.

Bought it from RAC Online. Chap came and installed it with a permanent live for parking mode. No wires at all.

I'm still um'ing and err'ing about getting one. Any chance you can post some day and night samples from both the front and rear cameras, if that is not too much of a bother?

Also any photos of the units themselves in situ would be appreciated

Second this. And thanks for the info, I didn't realise it could be as simple as getting from RAC and having them just come out to fit on your driveway, now very tempted by that.

Edit: also, a quick question... I'm guessing that rear-facing cameras are pretty redundant if you have tinted windows, are they?
